The Perinatal Health Equity Initiative is a grassroots community organization dedicated to actively working towards eliminating health care disparities in Black infant and maternal health through 6 pillars which are (1) advocacy, (2) education, (3) community engagement, (4) research, (5) collaboration, and (6) direct clinical support. We envision a world where Black women do not just survive childbirth, but that they have all the support and tools they need to thrive.
